All parents and carers of children at St Barnabas are members of the PTA and we hope that you will be able to give your support to the PTA activities in any way that you can.
The aim of the PTA is to raise funds to pay for ‘additional extras’ for the children such as play equipment, school visits and Christmas celebrations. It is also to give children and parents/families opportunities to socialise together and have fun outside the school day.
The PTA committee meets approximately once each half term to discuss and plan activities and events. Everyone is welcome at these meetings. Helping with PTA activities does not need to be a big commitment. Perhaps you can spare 2 hours to run a stall at the Christmas Fair or just contribute an idea for fundraising?
